From the moment you book with us, up to 12 months before your wedding, we become your dedicated planning team, creative partners, and go-to resource for everything. Our Partial Planning + Design package is built for the couple who has a strong foundation but needs a professional to take the wheel and drive it home. From the moment you sign with us, we become your planning partner, your vendor liaison, your timeline architect, and your peace of mind, all in one.
We step in 4 to 6 months before your wedding and get to work immediately, organizing every detail, closing every loop, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks. We handle vendor communication, build and manage your master timeline, coordinate logistics, and keep everything moving so the weeks leading up to your wedding feel calm instead of chaotic.
On your wedding day, we run the show entirely, so you, your family, and your wedding party can show up as guests at your own celebration.
Day-of Coordination
You planned every detail. You picked the flowers, chose the venue, curated the playlist, and made a thousand decisions with love and intention. Now it's time to actually enjoy it.
Day-of Coordination, also known as Month-of Coordination is designed for the couple who wants to own their planning journey but hand off the execution to someone who will protect every detail like it's their own wedding day.
Here's how we show up for you
Starting anywhere from 2 to 6 weeks before your wedding, we step in as your right hand. We take over vendor communication, finalize your timeline, tie up loose ends, and become the single point of contact for everyone involved. On your wedding day, we are the ones with the earpiece, the clipboard, and the solution, so you never have to be.
While we manage the logistics, the cues, the last-minute surprises, and the behind-the-scenes chaos, you get to do the one thing that matters most: be fully present for the most important day of your life.
